In all cases in which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Chapter 211, RSMo., and the Court has ordered drug and alcohol testing of any party (e.g., juvenile, parent or custodian), all testing SHALL include testing for Fentanyl, Xylazine and Ethylglucuronide (“ETG”), in addition to the standard drug screens. All reports generated as a result of such testing shall include the results for such substances.
This Standing Order shall be effective immediately and shall remain in effect until further order of the Court. If necessary to effectuate such drug testing, the Children’s Division Case Manager or their supervisor and/or the Deputy Juvenile Officer or their supervisor, shall provide a copy of this Court’s standing order along with any other Court order for drug screens, to the drug testing facility.
The Court may exclude testing for Fentanyl, Xylazine and ETG from certain orders but the testing is only excluded if the Court has done so in a written order. Any party subject this Standing Order may file a written motion and notice of hearing to be excepted from this requirement.
